Whether you are holidaying or searching for a home to buy in this most scenic of areas, our Riverside Finca is perfectly located in the village of Benifallet where local activities include fishing, birding, kayaking, cycling, hiking or simply relaxing.

Benifallet has 725 extremely friendly and welcoming inhabitants, living a tranquil, easy-going lifestyle which you will find very alluring. In fact, once you get here, you may not want to leave. The warm-fuzzy feeling and sense of well being experienced by just getting up in the morning and breathing in your surroundings is something you just have to experience to understand. The handful of shops in the village are all family owned and run.

You have a choice of 10 bars/restaurants, a bakery, two butchers, two corner shops, cooperative selling local produce, fish shop, an olive oil mill, chemist and bank with ATM. The hustle and bustle of Barcelona is just two hours north and the tourist mecca of Salou less than an hour away, the choice is yours.

The Riverside Finca includes:

  • Bedroom with a double bed, single bed and wardrobe.
  • Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and large mirror.
  • Kitchen includes a two ring gas hob, small fridge, toaster and sink.
  • Everything you will need is supplied including cutlery, pots, pans, cheese grater, corkscrew, spices etc.
  • Lounge has a large sofa that can be easily converted to a king-size bed, small dining table, two armchairs, a TV/DVD player, selection of films, books and board games.
  • All towels and linens are included at no extra charge.
  • There is no cleaning charge as the finca is presented in a spotless condition and is expected to be that way after your stay.
  • New towels and linens are supplied every seven days.

Location

The finca is situated on the riverbank with one small fishing swim (suitable for 1 or 2 casual anglers) and 4 hectares of private land. Outside there is a BBQ area, picnic area, sunbeds, parasol and private splash pool.

The village of Benifallet is a short 3 minute drive (25 minute walk) away. The track is accessible by any type of car or bike.

Electricity is provided by an automatic generator and battery system. Water is provided from an historic well. Bottled drinking water is provided. The toilet uses a septic system so only certain items are suitable to be flushed. This will be described in your welcome packet. It is recommended you bring sunscreen and insect repellent especially in the summer months.
